You can find us at Plot No. 23 on ‘b’ Road in the 1st Phase of Gidc, Vapi. This part of Gujarat is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it. Pidilite Industries Ltd. has been at this address for a long time. It’s a fairly large site with a lot going on. We have different sections for different parts of the process. It’s not like a small workshop; there are more people and more moving parts here than you'd think. But at the end of the day, it's still about the people who show up and do the hard work. The smells of the materials are something you get used to after your first week. We have a routine that keeps the place running smoothly. Trucks come and go all day long at the loading dock. It can get a bit loud with all the activity. We focus on the production lines and making sure everything is moving as it should. There’s a lot of walking involved to get from one side of the plot to the other. Vapi is a busy industrial hub, and being in the 1st Phase means we’re right in the thick of it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily numbers. It's a lot of coordination between the different teams. No one is trying to be fancy; we just have a lot of ground to cover every single day.
