Paras Industries

Paras Industries is located right near the GEB Post Office in Phase-1 of the Gidc in Vapi. Being at Plot No. 90 makes it easy for people to find us since the post office is such a well-known landmark. Vapi is always humming with activity, and our little corner of Phase-1 is no different. The building is a simple structure that’s seen a lot of seasons. We have some old trees near the entrance that give a bit of shade during the hottest part of the afternoon. Our team is small, mostly locals from the surrounding villages who have been with Paras Industries for years. We start the day with a quick talk about what needs to get done and then everyone gets to their station. It’s a lot of physical work and the noise of the fans is constant. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. The location is good for us because the main road isn't too far away. We’ve seen the Gidc grow and change, with new factories popping up every year. Through all that, we’ve just stayed here at Plot 90, doing what we know how to do. It’s a modest operation, but it’s ours. We just try to keep things moving and get through the schedule.
