Pamilu Agro Processing Company

We are located in the GIDC area of Vapi, at Plot No. 553, right next to the Dupen Laboratories. Being an agro-processing company, our daily routine depends a lot on what’s coming in from the farms. The smells in the plant change depending on what we are processing that day. Some days it smells like grain, and other days it’s more earthy. The building is a Type-63 structure, which is basically a big open warehouse that we’ve fitted with our processing gear. It can get pretty messy when the raw materials are being unloaded from the sacks, but we try to keep the main processing area as tidy as possible. We have a small crew of people who have been with us since we started, and they know the machines better than anyone. There isn't much to see in terms of an office; it’s mostly just a desk and a few chairs near the front window. We spend our time checking the quality of the seeds or the crops and making sure the dryers are at the right temperature. Vapi is a very industrial town, so there are always sounds of other factories around us. We just focus on our own bins and bags. It’s a busy life, especially during the harvest seasons, but it is good, steady work that keeps us all occupied.
