Our place is in the GIDC Industrial Estate in Vapi, specifically in the LIC sector at C1/24. If you know Vapi, you know it’s always humming with factories and people working hard. We started Natraj Chemicals here because this is where the action is for this kind of work. It’s a bit of a maze in the GIDC area, but once you find our unit, it’s pretty straightforward. We spend our days dealing with chemicals and containers. It’s serious work, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the break room. The weather in Gujarat can get really hot, especially in the summer, so the fans are always going full blast. We’ve seen the estate change a lot over the years. New neighbors come and old ones leave, but we’re still here in the same spot. We don't have a big fancy reception area. Just a desk and some chairs where we talk about the daily schedule. We handle the mixtures and the packing right here on the floor. Sometimes the smell of the chemicals is strong, but you get used to it after a week. It’s just how the job goes. We take things one day at a time. If the trucks show up on time, it’s a good day. We make sure everything is sealed up right before it leaves the gate. That's what we do. No need for complicated talk or long meetings. We just get it done.
