We have been here at Plot No. 201/b in the 2nd Phase of Vapi GIDC for a long time now. It is usually quite busy around this part of the industrial estate, especially in the mornings when the trucks start rolling in. Manish Labchem Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive flashy place with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a solid building where we handle our chemical work every single day. Most of us have been working together for years and we know the layout of the 2nd Phase like the back of our hands. Vapi gets really hot in the summer, so the warehouse can be a bit of a sweatbox, but we just get on with things. We spend most of our hours checking batches and making sure the containers are sealed right before they head out. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps the lights on and we take some pride in not messing up the orders. Sometimes the traffic near our gate gets backed up because of the narrow roads around here, which can be a real headache when we are trying to load up. You will find us mostly focused on the day-to-day stuff, making sure the paperwork is sorted and the floors are somewhat clean. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It is just us, the barrels, and the local tea stall down the road that keeps us going.
