Jay Ambe Electricals

Our shop is located at Shop No. 6 on Plot No. 242. We are in the 2nd Phase area, quite close to Sardar Chowk in the GIDC area. It’s an industrial part of town, so there are always trucks moving around and people in work clothes. We have been here for a few years now. The shop isn't huge, but we pack it full of electrical stuff. Cables, switches, and those kinds of things are all over the place. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific part quickly, but we usually know which corner it’s tucked into. My cousin helps out in the afternoons when it gets more crowded. We don’t really do any big advertising. People just find us because they work nearby or someone told them we have what they need. The lighting in the shop is a bit dim towards the back, so we should probably fix that soon. Sardar Chowk is a good landmark if you are looking for us. Once you hit the main junction, you are close. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the GIDC, especially in the summer months. We keep a small fan running by the desk. It’s a straightforward business. We buy things, we sell them, and we talk to the regulars. Every day is pretty much the same, which is fine with us. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the doors open for anyone who needs supplies. It is a noisy area, but you get used to it after a while.
