You can find us off Selvas Road at Plot No. 277 in the Gidc area. It's a plain building, nothing special to look at. We do plastic manufacturing. There’s always that smell of melting plastic in the air. We’ve got a few machines that run pretty much non-stop. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. The yard is usually full of empty bags and crates. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading stuff. It’s physical work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the day. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We don't really do meetings. We just talk over the noise of the grinders. Sometimes the water supply is a bit spotty, so we keep some buckets filled up. The office is just a tiny room with a fan and a calendar. We write the orders down by hand mostly. It’s how we’ve always done it. If you come by, don’t expect a tour. We’ll probably just show you the parts we’re working on right then. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we take pride in not making many mistakes. We just want to finish the day's work and get home to our families. Some days the machines act up and we have to stay late to fix them, but that's just business.
