German Ink

If you head down to the GIDC area, specifically the II Phase, you’ll find German Ink at Plot No. 303/6. It’s a typical industrial spot. We deal with ink, so naturally, there are spots of color on the floors and sometimes on our clothes too. It’s just the nature of the business we are in. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks because we’re usually too busy in the production area with the drums. The air usually smells a bit like chemicals and solvents, but that’s how you know we’re actually working. We aren't some massive multinational corporation; we’re just a local crew making ink for whoever needs it. Some days are slow and we spend them cleaning the vats, and other days it’s a total rush to get a big batch finished. We use the space we have as best as we can. It’s a bit of a maze with all the drums and containers sitting around, but we know where everything is kept. The GIDC is a crowded place, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to park our vehicles near the unit, but we like it here. We don't have any big slogans or empty promises. We just mix the ink, test the samples against the orders, and send it out. It’s straightforward work and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. Most of us grew up around here.
