We are based at No. 215 in the Pancharatna Building, right near the Gidc Char Rasta. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes through that intersection. At Digital Hi- Tech Scales Private Limited, we work with weighing equipment. The office is filled with scales of all sizes, from small ones for labs to the bigger ones used in warehouses. It’s a lot of calibration work. We spend our time making sure the numbers on the screen match the weight on the platform. Sometimes the electronics act up, and we have to pull things apart to see what’s wrong. It’s a bit of a niche business, but someone has to make sure things are weighed correctly. The Pancharatna Building is a busy spot with lots of different shops and offices. We’ve got a small work area where we do the repairs and a front section where we talk to customers. It’s not a fancy showroom. We mostly have tools and spare parts sitting around. Most people find us because they need their scales checked for accuracy. We don't use big words or try to confuse anyone. We just tell you if the scale is working or if it needs a new sensor. It’s practical, everyday work. We’ve been at the Char Rasta location long enough that people just know us as the scale folks. We show up every morning, open the shutters, and start checking the equipment that’s been dropped off for us to fix.
