Bhagwati Organics is situated at Plot K-1/754 in the 40 Shed Area of GIDC Vapi. Vapi is a pretty intense place for industry, and our little corner is no different. We deal with organic compounds. It’s a lot of vats and piping inside our shed. The 40 Shed Area is quite packed, so we’re right up against our neighbors. You can hear their machines and they can hear ours. We’ve been here in Gujarat for quite a while, and the weather really dictates how we work. During the monsoon, the water can pool up near the entrance, so we have to use sandbags sometimes. Inside, it’s mostly just us monitoring the reactions and making sure everything is stable. We don't wear suits or anything; it’s mostly work clothes that get stained pretty fast. We have a small area for the staff to eat their lunch together. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby because we don't have one. We just focus on the drums and the shipments. The 396195 area code is home to a lot of people doing exactly what we do. We buy our supplies locally whenever we can. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when a big order comes in, but we manage. It’s just regular work in a regular industrial shed. We usually lock up and go home once the last truck is loaded and the day is finally done for us.
