You can find Asha Hardware at number 15 in the Hakimji Super Market. We are right by the Char Rasta in the GIDC area of Vapi. Since we are in an industrial zone, most of our customers are workers or builders looking for specific parts. Our shop is packed with boxes from the floor to the ceiling. You’ll find nails, screws, hammers, and all sorts of metal fittings tucked away in different corners. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The market gets very noisy with trucks passing by all the time. We spend a lot of our day helping people find the right size of bolt or a specific tool for a job they are doing. It’s a practical business. We don't bother with fancy decorations because the dust from the road covers everything anyway. We just open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our regulars are local contractors who stop by to grab things they forgot to order. We talk about the weather or the traffic while we count out the items. It’s a steady way to make a living. We’ve seen many shops in Vapi change hands, but we’re still here doing our thing and helping people get their work finished.
