Aryan Paper Mills Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 177/178 in the 2nd Phase of GIDC. It’s a fairly large space because of the type of work we do. There is always a lot of movement, with rolls being moved and trucks coming in and out of the yard. We stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. The air always has that specific smell of paper and machinery, which you stop noticing after the first hour of work. We’re not the type of company that puts out glossy brochures. We just focus on the stacks of paper and the machines that make them. The guys working the floor have been here a long time, so they know exactly how the equipment sounds when it’s running right. If there’s a rattle, someone is on it in minutes. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the loading dock or in the small office area checking the manifests. We've been at this plot for quite a while now. The 2nd Phase is a busy part of the estate, and we fit right in with the rest of the factories. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is humid, but we keep the machines going regardless. Aryan Paper Mills is just a group of people doing a job they know well. We don't have time for long lunches; we just eat when there is a break in the production line. It keeps us grounded and focused on what's in front of us. We aren't trying to change the world, just get the paper out.
