Arochem Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Our company, Arochem Industries Pvt. Ltd., is based over in the 2nd Phase of Gidc Vapi. We occupy Plot No. 153/A and 154/2. It’s a fairly typical industrial setup. Vapi is a busy place, and being in the GIDC means there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been here for quite some years now, and the buildings have seen a lot of work. We don't put much stock in having a flashy front office; we’d rather spend that energy on the actual production side of things. The floors are concrete, the walls have some marks from moving equipment, and it smells like a workshop should. We have a small group of staff who know the ins and outs of the place. We don't really go for those polished mission statements you see in brochures. Our goal is just to get through the day’s schedule without too many hiccups. We handle a lot of different tasks, and every day brings something a bit different, which keeps us busy. Sometimes we're dealing with raw materials, other times we're looking at maintenance. It’s just the reality of running a factory. We appreciate the people who work with us and the neighbors who understand the hustle of the GIDC. It’s a decent life, working hard and seeing the results of what we make right here on these plots.
