We operate out of Kumbharwadi, occupying Plots 201 and 202 over in Naroli. It’s a pretty large space here in Silvassali, and there’s always something going on across the floors. Bhilosa Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this landscape for quite some time now. The workday usually starts early when the sun is just coming up over the industrial zone. It’s loud inside with the machinery going, and you can hear the rhythm of the production lines from the moment you walk through the gates. We have a lot of people moving around, checking the gauges and making sure the materials are moving through the system like they should. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff from one side of the plot to the other. Sometimes the heat in Naroli gets pretty intense, especially in the middle of the afternoon when the machines have been running for hours. We just keep at it, though. We’ve got a routine that works for everyone on the shift. Between the loading docks and the main work area, there isn't much empty space left. We focus on getting the output ready and keeping the equipment in good shape so we don’t have to stop for repairs. It’s just the way things go here at the plant every single day. We stay until the last shift finishes up and everything is shut down safely for the night.
