Our facility is located at Survey No. 315/3, right near Bill Khadi. We are pretty close to National Highway No. 8 in Balitha. It’s a very practical location for what we do. Being near the highway makes it easier for the trucks to come and go. It’s not a fancy office building. It’s a workspace designed for business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at shipping papers. Outside, you can hear the traffic from the NH No. 8 all day and night. It’s a steady hum. The area around Bill Khadi is mostly industrial and open. We don't have many walk-in customers because of where we are. Most of our work is done through established contacts. At Heer Overseas Pvt. Ltd., we just focus on getting the jobs done. The floors are concrete and the desks are old, but they work fine. We have a small area for breaks where we sit and eat our lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit windy out here. We just shut the doors and keep working. It’s a straightforward operation. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We are more about the actual physical work. We have been in this spot for some years. It suits us just fine. We know the local roads and the best times to avoid the highway traffic.
