Scon Elevators Services

We are located up on the fourth floor, room 409, in Abhilasha Apartment. It’s funny because we work on elevators, and sometimes we have to walk up to our own office if the building is having maintenance done. Scon Elevators Services is mostly a place where we keep our tools and take calls from people who are stuck or having trouble with their lifts. The office 409 is a bit small, filled with manuals, spare parts, and metal cables. There is usually a layer of oil or dust on the desks because of the nature of the job. We spend most of our time out at other people's buildings, but this is where we come back to write down what we did and have a quick cup of tea. Abhilasha Apartment is a busy place with a lot of families, so there is always noise in the hallways. Our window looks out over the rooftops of the neighborhood. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. If we are in, the door is usually open and you’ll find one of us cleaning a part or talking on the phone with a technician. It’s a straightforward job. We fix things that break, and we’ve been doing it from this apartment for quite a while now. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The work is dirty and the hours are long, but we keep going through the Abhilasha Appartmemt hallways every single day.
