3 Sixty Hospitality

3 Sixty Hospitality is based out of the Kochuparambil House in Chappath. It is a bit different from a standard office because it is located in a house. This gives everything a very grounded and local feel. We have been here in Chappath for some time now, handling the various aspects of hospitality that come up. The atmosphere is generally quiet, which is nice when you are trying to coordinate different things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through schedules to make sure everything is in order. Being in a house means we don't have that cold, corporate feel that some businesses have. It is just us working from a place we know well. We see the seasons change from the windows and know the neighbors who walk past. It is a simple way to run things, but it works for what we do. We don't use any fancy systems or complicated setups. We just rely on keeping good notes and staying organized. Life in Chappath has its own rhythm, and we are glad to be part of it. When things get busy, we just put our heads down and get through the list of tasks. At the end of the day, we are just local people doing our jobs from a familiar spot. It isn't anything more complicated than that. We just keep things moving along steadily every single day. The house itself is old but sturdy enough for our needs.
