Ktr Bricks

Ktr Bricks is tucked away on Mettu Street, at number 399 in Kilkodungalur. If you know the area, you know it is a bit of a busy street with people coming and going. We have been working out of this spot for a while, just stacking bricks and loading them onto whatever trucks show up that day. The ground is always covered in that fine red grit that gets into everything, including your shoes. It is not a glamorous business at all. We spend a lot of time just checking the rows of bricks to see if they are set properly. Sometimes the heat is just too much, but the work has to happen anyway because construction down the road won't wait. We have a few neighbors who complain about the noise of the lorries, but mostly everyone is used to us being here by now. My hands are usually pretty rough from handling the material all day, and I guess that is just how it goes in this line of work. We get all sorts of people stopping by, from big contractors to a guy just needing a few dozen bricks to fix a wall at his house. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just know where we are on Mettu Street. It is just a local business, run by regular people who are tired at the end of every shift. We just keep our heads down and keep the kiln going as much as we can.
