This business is about transport hiring. We are located in Hayathnagar, specifically near the Rythu Bazar at H No 6-2-1-1. Being in the Rangareddy district, we deal with a lot of movement across the state. We hire out vehicles for transporting goods. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and making sure the trucks are in okay shape to hit the road. The traffic around the bazar can be a real headache in the mornings. I spend most of my time on the phone or checking the logs. It’s not a fancy office job. Sometimes a driver calls at midnight because of a breakdown or a flat tire. You just have to deal with it. We’ve been doing this for a while now under the name Mudavath Vijay Laxmi. The Telangana roads can be tough on the vehicles, so maintenance is a constant thing. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the trucks where they need to be on time. It’s a stressful business sometimes, especially with fuel prices and traffic police. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people who hire from us. We don't use big marketing tricks, just the work we do every day to keep the fleet going. It's a lot of long hours but we are used to it by now.
