V H Narrow Fabrics

V H Narrow Fabrics is located at Plot No. L-1402/4 in the 3rd Phase of the Gidc area. We have been here for a while now. The building is a bit older but it serves us well for what we need to do. Making narrow fabrics takes a lot of attention to the looms. We spend a lot of time fixing threads and watching the patterns. It is a small team here. Most of us live nearby so the commute to 3rd Phase Gidc isn't too bad. The roads around the plot can get a little rough during the monsoon season. We try to keep the inside clean because the fabric needs to stay tidy. There isn't a lot of space for extra stuff, just the machines and the finished rolls waiting to go out. If you walk by Plot No. L-1402/4, you can usually hear the sound of the equipment running. It's a steady rhythm that we’ve grown to like. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, which is just part of being in an industrial estate. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons. It is a simple life and a simple business. We focus on the rolls of fabric and making sure the counts are right before packing. It is what we do and we have done it for years.
