Sanaa Syntex Pvt. Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 710/1 in the 3rd Phase of GIDC. Finding us isn't too hard if you know the turns around here, though the dust from the road can sometimes hide the sign. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for the logistics of what we do. The building is a standard GIDC structure, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and people moving around to get the orders sorted. We don't spend much time worrying about how the lobby looks or if the chairs match. Most of our day is spent on the floor, checking on things and making sure the schedule is being followed. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving enough to stay productive. We aren't a huge outfit, but everyone knows their job and we get through the week together. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due, and other times we finish up and head home while the sun is still out. The neighbors at the other plots are mostly friendly, and we all deal with the same issues like the rainy season floods or the traffic at the main gate in the mornings. It's just a regular place where work happens without much noise or trouble. We’ve been here for many years and have seen the 3rd Phase grow.
