Globe Cast

Globe Cast is located at Plot No. 1304/5 in the Gidc area, specifically the Ili Phase. It’s an interesting spot to work in. We have been here for a bit now. The area around Plot No. 1304/5 is usually pretty active. Lots of trucks coming and going. We have our own rhythm here. We don't really have a lot of time for sitting around. Usually, there is a list of things that need to be handled by noon. We try to stay on top of it. The guys in the back know what they are doing. It is a lot of hands-on stuff. We don't have any fancy signs or anything. Just the name on the front. Some days it gets hot inside, especially in the summer months. We just open the doors and keep moving. Working at Globe Cast is about being practical. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to get done for the day and then we go do it. It’s a solid place to work. The Ili Phase has its own feel to it. You get used to the sounds of the industrial park. We have our routine and we stick to it. Every day is pretty much the same but we like it that way. It’s honest work and we stay busy from start to finish.
