Accupack

Accupack is located at Plot No. C1/249/3 within the GIDC. It’s a modest setup, but it serves us well. We’ve got our main workspace and a little area for keeping records. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and checking the output. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. The GIDC is a tough place to work sometimes, with the heat and the constant noise, but we’ve made a home for ourselves here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know how to run this specific equipment. Often, you’ll find the owner right there on the floor with everyone else, fixing a belt or moving boxes. We don't bother with a lot of layers. If something needs to be done, the person closest to it does it. The building itself is old, with some stains on the floor and a roof that rattles when the wind picks up. But it’s ours, and it works. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been at C1/249/3 for a long time and people know where to find us. It’s about the daily grind and making sure we stay on track. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s simple, really. There’s no big secret to how we do things, we just put in the hours.
