Our facility is out in Achhad, which is near the Bhilad station in the Valsad district. The official address is At Post Fansa, and the pin is 396140. We are Tema India Ltd., and this is where a lot of our heavy lifting happens. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't used to the Gujarat countryside. The station is the main point of connection for us, and there is always a bit of a rush when the local trains come in. The area is quite industrial, with a lot of sheds and warehouses around, but you can still see the green fields nearby. We spend our time managing the floor and making sure the operations are running as they should. It gets very hot in the summer, so we have big fans everywhere to keep the air moving for everyone. We aren't much for fancy words or corporate brochures. We just show up every day and get the work done. The office part is just a small section of the building with some old wooden desks and stacks of registers. Most of the staff are from the local villages around Fansa, so we all know each other by name. It is a hard-working environment but a fair one. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just make things and send them out to where they need to go.
