Spicewharf Eateries Llp is basically us, a few folks working out of Shop No 3 over in Chanod Colony. If you know the GIDC area in Vapi, you know it gets pretty busy with all the industrial stuff going on. We are right there at Plot No 1503, H 2. It isn't a fancy office or anything, just a practical spot where we get our work done every day. We started this because we wanted to do something with food in this part of town. Vapi is a bit of a tough place sometimes with the heat and the traffic, but being in the colony makes it feel more like a community. People come and go, and we just try to keep things moving. Most days, we’re just busy handling orders and talking to people who drop by the shop. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot going on at once. We’ve been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit, but our little corner remains the same. It’s just how we like it, honestly. No big corporate vibes here, just us trying to run a decent business. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road messy, but we just deal with it. It’s a real place with real problems and real work happening every single morning until we close up for the night.
