United Plastic

United Plastic is located over at Plot No. 399-2, right across from the Cinepark on Silvassa Road. Being near the cinema makes it easy to explain to people where we are. The traffic on Silvassa Road can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to get our deliveries out early. We deal with plastic stuff and the warehouse is pretty full these days. It can get a bit cramped inside when a new shipment comes in. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's mostly just the work floor and a small desk for paperwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s more traffic now than there used to be. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We drink tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be finished. We aren't looking to change the world or anything, we just want to run a decent business and keep our customers happy enough to come back. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags and moving pallets. By the time the sun goes down, we’re usually pretty tired. But that’s just how it goes when you’re running a place like this on Silvassa Road.
