K. B. Enterprises is located at Shop 6 in Jai Tower-2, right on Silvassa Road in Vapi. Being in Imran Nagar means we are in a spot that sees a lot of trucks and commuters every single day. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but that is just life in an industrial town like Vapi. Our shop is a straightforward place. We have some shelving for stock and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and phone calls. It’s not the biggest place in the world, but it’s ours. We usually open up early to beat the worst of the heat and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. The people who come in are usually locals or drivers who need something quickly. We’ve learned to be fast and efficient because nobody likes to wait around in the humid weather we get here in Gujarat. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure the orders are filled correctly. There’s a certain rhythm to the day, from the first cup of tea in the morning to locking up the shutters at night. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we said we would do. It is a simple life and a simple business that suits our way of working perfectly.
