Shree Bhagyoday Industries

Shree Bhagyoday Industries is situated at C1-B 2124 on Road No 21 in the Gidc Estate. It is a typical industrial setup. We have a solid roof over our heads and all the tools we need to get our work done. Being on Road No 21 means we see a lot of activity every day. There are other businesses all around us doing different things. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our own tasks. The building isn't new, so it has some character, like cracks in the floor and some old signs. We don't mind it. It feels like home to us because we spend so much time here. Our workers are local people who know their way around the machinery. We don't have any fancy training programs. Usually, a new guy just watches the older guys until he learns how to do it. We have a small area where we keep our finished goods before they are picked up. It can get pretty cramped in there when we are busy. We don't have a big HR department or anyone like that. If there is a problem, the owner just talks to whoever is involved. It’s a very direct way of doing things, and it works for us.
