We are located in Deheri, specifically in the Rohitwas area of Umbergaon in Valsad. Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for some time. It’s close to the coast, which is nice, but we are mostly here for the work. The office is where we keep our tools and our records. We spend a lot of time coordinating with local suppliers in Gujarat. Umbergaon is an industrial hub, so there is always a lot of movement and noise. Our team here handles the construction projects in the district. We don’t go in for anything polished or corporate. Our office has plain walls and sturdy desks because that’s all we need. We talk to the workers, check the supplies, and make sure the projects are moving along. It’s a lot of everyday stuff like checking invoices and looking at site photos. Sometimes the sea breeze is nice, but mostly we are just focused on the tasks at hand. We’ve got a good group of people who know how to build things properly. We don’t make big promises; we just try to do what we said we would do. It’s a simple way of working that has served us well here in Valsad. If you need us, we’re usually around the office or out at a site nearby. We keep it real and just focus on the building work every day.
