Our place, Esjay International Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No. 1243/44 in Gidc. It’s a fairly large space because we needed the extra room for storage and the new equipment we brought in last year. The building is a bit older, so the roof makes some noise when the wind picks up. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the corners, parts and materials that we might need later. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but we know where everything is. The office is just a couple of desks pushed together with a lot of files and old ledgers. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising; people usually just find us by word of mouth or because they saw the sign on the road. The guys on the floor work hard and they don't complain much, even when the heat is bothering everyone. We make sure there is plenty of cold water in the cooler. Working in Gidc means dealing with the dust and the noise every single day, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep the business steady and the orders moving. If you come by Plot 1243/44, you’ll probably find us out back near the loading dock. It’s just a regular shop with regular people.
