Rangoli Fibreglass Industries

Our business is situated in Phase III of the G.I.D.C. in Vapi. The exact spot is Plot No. L/1206/6 on Gama Color Road, right across from Sona Inter Chem. Vapi is a very busy industrial town, and our plot is right in the thick of it. At Rangoli Fibreglass Industries, the workspace is big because we need the room to move things around. Fibreglass can be a bit tricky to work with, so the floor is usually covered in a fine dust and there’s a distinct smell of resin in the air. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning. Instead, we have large open doors and big fans to keep the air moving. The office part is just a small room with a couple of desks where we keep the ledgers and handle the phone calls. It’s a bit noisy with the sounds of the neighboring factories, but we’ve stopped noticing it after all these years. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just show up every morning, check what needs to be made, and get to it. The team is just a handful of local people who know how to handle the materials. We eat our lunch in the shade when the sun is high and talk about the usual things—family, weather, and the commute. It’s a straightforward way of life. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we’re just here to do the job we know how to do.
