We are located in Dadra, which is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the big cities. Our place is at Survey No. 358/1P, and you’ll find us right behind the Dadra Garden. It’s a nice landmark because everyone knows where the garden is. We work with polymers and different kinds of gels, which is a bit of a specialized field. The factory is usually pretty busy, and there’s that distinct smell of chemicals and plastic in the air. It’s not a bad smell, just what you expect in this line of work. We have a lot of drums and tanks around the facility. The sun gets really hot out here, so the shed can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving things around and making sure the mixtures are just right. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you're pretty much in the middle of the operation. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We spend our time looking at production sheets and making sure the trucks are loaded correctly. Sometimes the rain gets really heavy during the monsoon and makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just keep things moving. It’s a straightforward life here in Dadra, focused on getting the batches finished and sent out to the customers who need them.
