Navyug Packaging is tucked away at Plot No 1320 in the Gidc Estate. It’s a straightforward setup. We have the machines running most of the time, and the floor is usually covered with materials waiting to be moved. It’s not the cleanest place you’ll ever see, but it’s a working shop. We deal with boxes and wrap all day long. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to be a bit much in the summer, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Our crew has been together for a bit, so everyone knows their role without having to be told twice. We don’t spend much time on meetings or big talks. Usually, someone just shouts across the floor when a truck pulls up. The address is easy enough to find if you’re familiar with how the Gidc is laid out. We just handle the orders as they come in. There’s always a stack of pallets near the entrance. We aren’t trying to be the biggest outfit around, just trying to get the day’s work finished so we can start fresh tomorrow. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority when there’s so much to pack. It’s just us here, doing what we do. No big story, just a lot of tape and cardboard. We make sure the gate is locked before we head home for the night.
