Nav Bharat Electronics Company

Our company, Nav Bharat Electronics, is out at Plot No. 739 in the New GIDC area, Phase-II of Gundlav. It’s an industrial zone, so the surroundings are mostly factories and warehouses. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where we belong. We’ve been in this plot for years, and we’ve seen the area grow quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just workbenches, tools, and components scattered around. It’s a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around the shelves. We don’t have a big reception area with a bowl of mints. Usually, someone will just look up from what they’re doing when a visitor walks in. We keep things simple. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just know electronics and we spend our days fixing or putting things together. The weather can get pretty hot out here in Gundlav, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen everything and younger ones learning the ropes. We don't have a strict dress code; people just wear what’s practical for the job. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. We just want to do a good day's work and head home.
