Narnarayan Trading Co.

We are over at Plot No. 47 in Phase 8 of the G I D C Estate in Kalol. Narnarayan Trading Co. is our small operation here. Being in the industrial estate means it's always noisy with machines and trucks going by. We do trading, so we're mostly buying and selling things that other businesses need. The office is small and tucked away in the corner of the plot. We have a lot of paperwork because of all the taxes and permits. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. Kalol is a busy place for industry. We see a lot of people from other companies every day. We don't have a website or any of that. Most of our business is done through old contacts and people we've known for years. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and everything stops for a bit. We just sit outside and wait until it comes back on. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to stay steady. Our shelves are mostly full of samples and old files. We keep it simple. If someone needs something, they call us or stop by the estate. It's a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this spot for a good few years now. We keep a small stove for making tea in the back. Sometimes the neighbors from the other plots come over to chat for a bit. It helps pass the time when things are slow.
