Medical Micro Technology Limited

Our place, Medical Micro Technology Limited, is right in the heart of the Gidc Valsad Industrial Estate. Specifically, we’re over at C-1- B/919 in Gundlav. Being in an industrial zone means it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us, which suits what we do just fine. We work with micro technology in the medical field. It sounds complicated, and sometimes it really is. Most of our day is spent looking at very small components. The lighting in the workshop has to be just right or you can’t see a thing. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the trucks moving through Gundlav, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We’ve been based in Valsad for quite some time now. The guys on the floor know these machines inside out. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to answer phones with a script. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk picks up. It’s a bit noisy during the day with the neighboring units running their machines, but you get used to it. We take our lunches together near the main gate sometimes. It’s just a group of people trying to do a good job with technical parts. We don't worry about being the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the parts we send out are right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but someone has to do it. It’s a quiet life compared to the big city, and we like it that way.
