Mayur Enterprises

Mayur Enterprises is sitting right on Plot No. 114 in the Gidc. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We handle a variety of things, mostly whatever the local businesses need supplied. The shed is sturdy enough, though the roof leaks a tiny bit when the monsoon hits hard. We’ve been meaning to fix that for two years now. Inside, it’s mostly boxes and a small desk where we keep the ledger. My cousin helps out with the lifting and the deliveries. We don't have a big website or a social media page. Word of mouth works just fine for us in this part of town. People know where Plot 114 is. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Some days are slow and we just sit by the fan, but when a big order comes in, everyone is moving fast. It’s a decent living. Sometimes we have to move the boxes just to find a place to sit and have our lunch. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but Mayur Enterprises has stayed put. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just provide what’s asked for and try to keep things moving. The Gidc area is crowded, but we like the energy of it. There’s always someone looking for something, and usually, we can find it in our stacks if we look hard enough.
