Maher Travels Services

Our place is in Satabdi Market on Station Road. It is a crowded part of Valsad but it is where everything happens. If you know where the old Navrang Lassi shop is, we are right opposite that. Maher Travels Services operates out of a small unit here. The street is always full of people going to the station or shopping in the market. It gets loud with all the horns and people talking outside. We have a few desks and some cupboards for our papers. It is not very big, but it works for us. We spend the day dealing with tickets and talking to people about where they need to go. Usually, someone is always dropping by to ask a question or just to say hello while they are out in the market. We don't have fancy decorations, just the basic stuff we need to get through the workday. Sometimes the market gets so busy it is hard to walk, but that is just how Station Road is. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down at night. Most of our day is just handling paperwork and making sure the phones are answered. It is a local business and we like being in the middle of all the noise and activity in Valsad. We usually have a stack of newspapers on the corner of the desk to read when things get a little slow in the afternoons.
