Our place is over at Om Keval Apartment on Tithal Road. If you know where the Anawal Samajwadi is, we are right across from there at Plot 11. It’s a pretty easy spot to find. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a room where we handle the day-to-day stuff for the security work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to the guys who work the gates and the night shifts. Tithal Road stays fairly busy, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. It’s mostly just making sure the guards are where they should be and that everyone’s getting paid on time. Sometimes the fans in the office make a bit of a racket, but we don't mind. We aren't into big speeches or fancy logos. We just focus on the job. A lot of the people who work with us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It feels good to be part of the community here. We usually have some tea going in the afternoon if anyone drops by to discuss a contract or just to complain about the heat. It’s a simple operation, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We just do our bit and go home at the end of the day.
