Kazi Trading

Our business, Kazi Trading, is located in Green Park-1 at Madina Manzil on Kusumba Road. We are very close to the Gayatri Mandir, so we often hear the temple bells ringing in the morning and evening. It is a nice part of Valsad to work in. The building itself, Madina Manzil, is easy to spot from the road. We have a ground floor space where we keep all our trading goods. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a new shipment arrives. We have to move the crates around like a puzzle to make everything fit. The walls are a bit scuffed from all the boxes, and the light switches are a bit loose, but everything works well enough. We don't have a fancy showroom. It is just a place for business. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of what we buy. There is a small window that lets in some light, but mostly we rely on the overhead fluorescent tubes. We keep a plastic water jug by the door for anyone who is thirsty. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. Most of the people around Kusumba Road know us by name. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood, the temple crowds, and the traffic.
