Our place is located at Plot No 7 in the Daman Ganga Industrial State. If you come through Gate No 2 in Karwad, you’ll find us. We’ve been part of the 3rd Phase GIDC in Vapi for a bit. Jharms Star Fashion is what we call the business. It’s mainly about the clothes and keeping up with the orders that come through. Vapi is a busy industrial town, and Valsad is just down the way. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, especially in the warehouse. We spend most of our time checking fabrics and making sure the stitching is okay. We have a small crew. Everyone knows each other. It isn't a huge operation, but we keep the wheels turning. The road outside can get dusty with all the trucks passing by the industrial estate. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out. We don’t really do fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over tea in the morning. Being in Gujarat, the business environment is always moving. We try to keep things simple. No need for big words or complicated plans. We just want to do the work and go home. If you’re ever near the GIDC area, you’ll see our sign. It’s a practical setup we have here. We do our best with what we have and keep moving forward. The rain gets heavy here in monsoon, making the roof loud, but we keep working through it.
