Our business is Irani'S Fresh And Frozen LLP. We are located at Shop 9 in the Jalaram Complex. This is in the village of Rentlav, which is part of the Pardi Taluka. It’s a bit of a quiet area, but the complex brings in some people from the surrounding villages. We handle both fresh produce and frozen goods. That means we have a lot of refrigerators and freezers humming all day long. It makes the shop a bit noisy, but you get used to it. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure the stock is rotated. It’s not very glamorous work. We are often wearing jackets even when it’s hot outside because we are in and out of the cold storage so much. The Jalaram Complex is a simple place, and our shop is just like the others there. We don't have any big posters or fancy advertisements. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or they’re passing through Rentlav. We deal with suppliers who bring in the fresh stuff early in the morning. Then we spend the rest of the day organizing the frozen sections and helping customers. It’s a decent living and it keeps us busy. We are just a local shop trying to provide what people need. No big corporate goals, just making sure the freezers stay cold and the shelves stay full for everyone.
