If you travel down to Valsad and look for the Hanuman Bhagda area, you will eventually come across Aakar India. Our post is right there in that neighborhood, with the pin code 396030. It is a relatively quiet part of town, which we actually quite like. The atmosphere at Aakar India is very relaxed and down-to-earth. We are not interested in looking like a big multinational corporation. We are just a local business trying to make our way. The office is small and filled with the things we have collected over the years. There are old calendars on the walls and stacks of ledgers that we still use. We like the personal touch of being in Hanuman Bhagda. You get to know the people walking by every day. Valsad is a good place to be, and our little corner of it feels like home to us. We don't use a lot of fancy technology for the sake of it; we use what works. Our days are filled with routine tasks, from answering the phone to checking on the latest work we have finished. There is no script for how we talk to people. We just speak plainly and honestly. If someone comes by with a question, we sit down and talk it through over a cup of tea.
