Prasad Biotech

Out here in the Gundlav GIDC extension, things are a bit quieter than the main road, which suits us just fine. Prasad Biotech is located at plot 725, and if you saw it from the outside, you might not even know what we do. It’s a plain building with a heavy door and not much else. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights to grab attention. Inside, it’s mostly just us working with various batches and keeping an eye on the containers. It’s not a high-tech lab like you see in the movies; it’s more of a practical place where we follow the same routines every day. We spend a lot of time cleaning equipment and making sure the temperature stays right for the stock. The water bill is always high because of all the washing we do. Sometimes the GIDC power goes out, and we have to scramble to get the backup running so nothing gets spoiled. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the processes well. Most of our day is spent in silence or just talking about what needs to be shipped out next. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or because they’ve been in the Gundlav area for years. It’s a steady, quiet kind of work that doesn’t need much fanfare or noise.
