We are based out of Plot No. C-1/B-908 in the New GIDC area. It’s a big industrial zone and we fit right in with the other units around here. We handle dental products, so there are a lot of small items and boxes moving around the floor every day. The warehouse can get a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in, but we manage to keep things organized enough. It’s mostly just us packing things up and making sure they go to the right clinics or shops. The New GIDC location is convenient for trucks, which helps. We don’t really have a fancy showroom. Most of the work happens at the back where the stock is kept. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you don’t know the area, but the locals know the landmarks. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up by evening unless there is a backlog. Sometimes the power goes out, which is annoying, but we just wait it out. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a while. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just make sure the dental supplies are ready when people need them. It’s a simple business, really. We just try to get the orders right and keep things moving along. It’s how we’ve always done it here in our little corner.
