Aditya Oil Mill

Running the mill at Plot No. 216 in the GIDC area keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. The smell of oil is something you just get used to after a few days of working here. We have the machines running most of the time, so it can get a bit loud inside the shed. Aditya Oil Mill isn't a huge operation, just a few of us making sure the pressing is done right. We see a lot of trucks coming in and out of this part of the industrial estate. It's a dusty place, but we try to keep our area as clean as possible given what we do. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend half the afternoon fixing a belt or cleaning out a filter. That is just how it goes with this kind of work. We don't have a front desk or anyone to answer phones formally. If you come by, you'll probably find us near the back near the tanks. It's honest work and it keeps us on our feet. We take deliveries from farmers and local suppliers mostly. The paperwork is stacked on an old wooden desk in the corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest mill around, just trying to do a decent job every day. Living and working around GIDC means you know all the neighbors. We just focus on getting the oil packed and ready for whoever needs it.
