Our place is over in Vapi-Pardi, specifically in the Sunrise Co-op area. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time, though the weather in Valsad can be a bit much when the humidity picks up. We focus on organic beverages here at Gryffindor Organic Beverages. The name is a bit of a conversation starter, but we really just care about what goes into the bottles. We spend a lot of time checking the produce we get and making sure everything is clean. It is mostly hands-on work. We aren't a giant factory with robots; it is just a bunch of us working in the unit. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, maybe a delivery is late or a machine needs a quick fix, but we figure it out. Being in Chharwada feels like being part of a real neighborhood. We know the people around us and they know what we are doing. We just want to make drinks that don't have all that extra chemical stuff in them. It takes longer and it is more work to do it the organic way, but we prefer it. We keep the office and the production area as organized as we can, even when it gets hectic during the busy season. It is just a regular local business trying to do things the right way without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy and keep moving forward.
