You can find us at Plot No.-12 in the City Point building. We are right opposite Dharmpur Road in the Abrama area. It is a good spot to be because we can get to most places fairly quickly. We deal with cooling services, which means we are usually busiest when the weather is at its worst. We spend a lot of time out on the road visiting people’s homes or offices to fix their units. When we are back at the shop, we are usually cleaning tools or ordering more gas and spare parts. The office at City Point is small and mostly used for storage and a bit of paperwork. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just know that when it’s hot, people want their stuff fixed. We’ve been working around Abrama for a few years now. Sometimes we get stuck in traffic near the main road, but that’s just life here. We are just a small crew. We don't wear fancy uniforms, just clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of dust on. It’s hard work, especially climbing up on roofs in the sun, but it’s what we do. We try to be straightforward with people about what’s broken and how long it’ll take to get the parts. Most days are long, but we just keep going until the last call is finished.
