Our company, Good Erth Agro Chem Pvt. Ltd., is located at Plot No 2908 Gidc Estate Chemical Zone. Being in the chemical zone means we have to be pretty careful about how we do things, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance and safety checks. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it’s necessary for us. The air in this part of the estate always has a certain smell to it, and the trucks coming in and out are constant. We have a small laboratory area where we check things, but mostly it's just the production floor. Our team is a mix of older guys who have been here since the start and a few newer faces. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to show up on time and do their bit. The office at the front of the plot is where we handle all the government forms and shipping labels. It’s usually a bit of a mess with folders everywhere, but we have our own system that works for us. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy brochures. We are just a local business at Plot No 2908 trying to stay busy and keep things moving forward in the Gidc. It's a tough environment sometimes, but we like it here and know the area well. Most days are just about finishing what we started.
