Vinay Prints

Plot No. 191 in Phase-2 is where you will find us most days of the week. Vinay Prints has been operating from this spot for quite some time, and the walls have probably seen a thousand different colors by now. Phase-2 is always active, with people moving in and out, but we mostly stay inside near the machines. The air usually smells like ink and paper, which is something you stop noticing after the first hour of work. We have got our setup at Plot 191 arranged so that the paper comes in one side and the finished stuff goes out the other. It isn't always smooth sailing because machines sometimes act up right when you have a big pile of work sitting there. We just grab the tools and try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone else. The lighting inside isn't the brightest, but we have some extra lamps near the inspection table so we can see what is going on. Sometimes the floor gets a bit slippery if we aren't careful with the cleaning fluids, so we keep a bucket and mop handy. People from the nearby units often stop by just to say hello or ask for a spare part. It feels like a small community here in Phase-2 even though everything is industrial. We just keep our heads down and watch the rollers spin until the sun starts to go down.
